I was born and raised in Staunton. God’s Country and Home Of the Statlers. Yes. I went to all of the Happy Birthday USA’s and will always remember watching those Country legends take the stage in Gypsy Hill Park on July 4th. From Johnny Cash to Conway I watched them all. Thanks for the memories Statlers.
I left home after college to make it big in radio. Easier said than done. After traveling around east coast from the Outerbanks, to Raleigh, to Richmond. I finally found a great place to call my radio home with WCYK. For 12 years the folks around C’ville have let me come to work and do what I love to do the most. Be on the radio!
My wife, Shelia and I have two boys. Dillon and Nick. Oh, and a cocker spaniel named Jacks and a Parrot named Tiki.
